Certificate types

13 certificate types, one editor.

Structured to the requirements of BS 7671, BS 5839, BS 5266 and the relevant IET Codes of Practice — and where a type needs more than one document, you get every one the standard requires. All included in one subscription.

Fire alarm and emergency lighting each issue the full document set, from design through to periodic inspection. Every certificate prints in a standard section order, with every option shown and your answer ticked.

The same editor, for every type.

Layouts follow the standard section order, and every option is printed with your answer ticked. The footer reads “Prepared using CertSync” and names you, the contractor, as responsible for the contents. Digital signatures. Required fields checked on every type, and test values range-checked on EIC, EICR, MEIWC, EVCP and Solar PV. Live BS 7671 circuit checking on EIC and EICR. Photo evidence on observations. A QR sticker that opens a public verification page. Email delivery. Works offline. And where a type needs more than one document, you get every one the standard requires — Fire Alarm’s full Annex G set, completion and periodic for emergency lighting.

EIC and EICR convert into each other. Start the periodic EICR from a signed EIC, or the EIC for new work from a signed EICR. The installation, boards, circuits and recorded test results carry across; EICR observations and condition codes do not. The new certificate is always a draft you check, complete and sign yourself. EIC vs EICR explained.
